| 【中文摘要】 | 采用高效液相色谱建立了保健酒的石油醚-乙醚提取物的指纹图谱。试验条件为反相C18柱,1.0mL/min流速,紫外检测器(λ=321.2nm)。通过分析比较色谱指纹图谱中的相对保留值α和相对面积Sr,对不同批次的保健酒进行对比研究。结果表明,该法简便可靠,对保健酒的质量控制效果明显。 |
| 【英文摘要】 | The fingerprints of petroleum ether-ether extracts of health wine were established by the use of high performance liquid chromatography and the relati ve technical parameters were as follows: reverse phase C-18 column,flow rate as 1.0 mL/min,and ultraviolet detector at 321.2 nm.Through the comparison and an alysis of the relative retention value α and the area ratio Sr,the quality of health wine of different production batches was investigated.The results showed that the method was convenient and applicable... |
