  麻黄是一种常用中药,为麻黄科多年生草本状小灌木草麻黄(Ephedra sinica Stapf.)或木贼麻黄(E.equisetina Bunge.)和中麻黄(E.intermedia Schrenk et Mey.)的草质茎,是提取麻黄碱和制成多种制剂的原料。麻黄含生物碱10种以上,主要是3对立体异构的生物碱,即:左旋麻黄碱(l-ephedrine),右旋伪麻黄碱(d-pseudoephedrine);左旋去甲基麻黄碱(l-norephedrine),右旋去甲基伪麻黄碱(d-norpseudoephedrine);左旋甲基麻黄碱(l-methylephedrine),右旋甲基伪麻黄碱(d-methylpseudoephedrine)。此外还有苯丙酸类及黄酮类。麻黄碱是麻黄中的主要有效成分,具有松弛平滑肌、收缩血管、抗炎及中枢兴奋、发汗解热、抗菌抗病毒、镇咳平喘等作用,属剧药类。许多含麻黄的中成药、中西复方制剂常以麻黄碱作为定量指标,用以评价中西成药、中药材质量、制剂工艺及稳定性优劣,制订药品的质量标准[1]。近年来,国际奥委会将麻黄碱等同类药物列入体育比赛禁用药,有关体内麻黄碱定量方法的研究也不断增多,从而为临床药物监控提供必要的手段。国内外在麻黄、麻黄碱制剂中化学成分及体液中麻黄碱测定方面做了许多工作。已报道的分离定量方法有中和滴定法、分光光度法、薄层色谱法、气相色谱法、13C核磁共振光谱法、高效液相色谱法、高效毛细管电泳法等。本文就近年的研究成果作一概述。……
