摘要: 食品中PCDD/Fs分析属超痕量(pg-fg)、多组分(同系物、异构体的分离)和复杂前处理技术,对特异性、选择性和灵敏度的要求极高,成为当今食品和环境分析领域的难点。〔1〕超痕量分析是因二恶英在环境样品中水平极低,WHO规定的TDI为1~4pg/kgBW。〔2〕相应要求食品中PCDD/Fs测定方法的检测限以脂肪计低于1pg/g(甚至为fg/g水平......
